I have needed towing to this facility twice and they have been wonderful in helping me out. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them. Their professionalism is top rate! The only place I will take my car!

Awesome place to take your vehicle
I have and will continue to reccomend them to anyone. The staff is incredibly helpful and honest and fun. They've been so good to me through several repairs. I wont take my car anywhere else now that I found them.

Beware!! Dishonest, Liars, Crooks!!
BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT GO TO SHORES CAR CARE on Harper!!!
Shores car care=Shister, rip-off, liars, thieves!! Beware!!! We took our daughters car there because it was misfiring. Had it for 3 days before even looking at it. Charged $130 to check it out. Told us it would be $1500 for a PCM power control module, the guy supposedly has a degree in electrical engineering. We said no thanks we did not want to put that much money into this car. Shores car care then offered to wave the initial $130 fee if we wanted to “sign the car over”. Rob ordered a computer module from Amazon for $120 installed it himself, we then had to pay$100 for a guy to come to our house to since the keys with the computer—STILL did not fix the problem—Turns out all we needed was $40 plug wires, spark plugs. The problem was it just needed a tune up. Running great!! These mechanics are what gives car repair shops a bad name!

Dishonest and incompetent
This shop is as dishonest as they come, they offered me a repair on a part that don't even exist on my car!!! I was told the module that's built inside my fan motor was bad so they needed to replace the whole fan assembly for a large sum, the problem with that is on top of my fans nor my real module not being fulty there is no module inside the fan & the module is bolted to the exterior of the fan and easily replaced as a stand alone part. Once i confronted Them I was told a fan motor and a module are the same ? so I guess this shop is obviously incompetent and crooked.
Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

Be ware
Had my car serviced for brakes and the brakes failed. When I contacted them they immediately to no ownership to the service that was provided. After repair and replacement of the failed work they offered a complimentary oil change.

The crew at SCC have done well in my opinion! I feel they've been honest and do great work. You may not like it $$, but I find it helpful that they let you know if something else may need repair. It gives me time to plan for these things to be fixed.
