This was a return trip to this dealership for a second Hyundai. After nine years with a very reliable Elantra, it was time to consider something new. Andy Heavens at Shakers was the product specialist and was very professional, patient (we considered 3 cars and had two test drives), low pressure, and knowledgeable.
