This is my 2nd time purchasing a car from this dealership and both times was a great experience. I went from a lease to a purchase and Brandon was great. He answered all my questions, very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend people to this dealership.
I was all set to jump into another brand of vehicle, not exactly happy with it, but frustrated and stressed from searching. Then I talked to Kyle at Shakers and he discussed options with me. Which was very helpful. I decided to stay with Shakers Hyundai and I am elated with my new Elantra. I believe I was saved from a bad decision.
I appreciated the open process as I contemplated a purchase or lease. I never felt pressured or rushed. All questions were answered completely; the process was efficient and pleasant and the car is a perfect choice for me. The sales and finance personnel were outstanding and when I had a follow up question about the technology after purchase, I was helped graciously and immediately.

I wanted to complete the negotiation process online which I was able to do. E everyone that I dealt with via email as well as in person when I decided to lease the vehicle from Shaker's Family Hyundai was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I never felt pressured in any aspect of the process.
Chris was very helpful in working out a deal both for my new car as well as my trade-in over the phone and via email due to my distance from the dealership. They are very transparent and when I arrived at the dealership there were no unpleasant surprises. All the pricing was exactly as discussed, my new vehicle was detailed and ready to go, Chris reviewed all the vehicles features with me, arranged for a specialist to set up BlueLink for me and Jessica was quick and helpful in getting all the financing paperwork done without any pressure regarding extended warranties, etc. Since my Trade-In was exactly as I described it in my email and the photos I sent there Shaker's honored the price they offered me.
