SFD is the BEST
These guys are very knowledgable and efficient. They provided much better service than I have gotten at the dealership. This is the second vehicle they have worked on and I had the same experience with SFD then as well.

Great service for our Passat!
I had a lot of previous owners deferred maintenance taken care of after I sprung a few oil leaks during our last cold snap. All the issues that were found were clearly explained and I just wanted them all fixed. Anyone who is thinking about buying a German car should really have it inspected here before they buy. I should have with this car, but it's all taken care of for now.

Alex and crew were great to work with and really went above and beyond after I had a small issue after I left the shop. I'm happy with the work that was done with our car and won't hesitate to bring it back when it needs more work done.

Pretty quick diag and straightforward explanation of issues
They ran through what my car needed. I didn't have all the work recommended but now I know what I can fix myself.

2013 VWToureg engine light solved
Service was quick and efficient.Problems were solved as projected. The whole crew seems to have it going on. Have another car to test on them and their abilities, no surprises have been sprung on me , I appreciate the hard work and honesty.

Quick and solid service
I won’t tell the world about SFD German Motor Repair great service and repair until I get three more cars into the shop. Very honest and to the point and the cost very reasonable. Will try to keep him busy for at least for the next month. Highly recommend this mechanic group to all German car owners.

Great shop.
Alex and his crew do a great job. Amazing problem solvers. They won't give up until they figure out the vehicles problem. The great thing is that you can actually do I discuss your cars problems with them and not some manager.

Radiator/Heater Flush
Heater not working. Had heater blockage and cooling system flushed. Heater’s working…a bit more expensive than upfront quote, but pleased that heater now works. Pleased with Jacob’s communication.

They care about their customers!
I was a little skeptical and hesitant before taking my bmw x5 to get fixed here because of too many bad experiences at other car shops, including dealerships. I am thrilled to say that my experience with SFD German Auto Service has been awesome!. They are not pushy. They tell you the problem your vehicle has, but you choose to do it or not. Super solution oriented. You ask questions, and they answer all with care and patience, I say this because I bombarded them with a lot of questions. They found the issue my car had, successfully fixed it and I'm happy now! Everyone has different experiences and I happened to have the best experience with them, Alex, and Jacob and the other mechanic. How about price? I think I paid a fraction of what other shops or dealership would have charged me for the repairs they did to my car. But words cannot express how thankful I am I found them. But if you have a car and it doesn't matter what brand, you'll always have to invest for repairs. Thank you a lot!
