Electrical problem on For Explorer
Another excellent experience! I recently purchased a used Ford Explorer that had a lingering electrical issue with the horn and Body Control Module (BCM) that needed attention.

I reached out to the local Ford dealer who looked at the vehicle with their mobile repair service tech and then ghosted me. I've called, left messages and even got a call back from the service manager who told me they would contact me once they had a plan.

After 3 months I took it to AJ who had it diagnosed, corrected and returned to me the next day.

I didn't have enough good to say about this shop.

These are true mechanics that figure out how to diagnose and fix a problem vs. the shop who only knows how to remove and replace parts the computer tells them to.

I've been going here for 3 years. I should have started here vs the Ford dealership. Lesson learned.

Love the quality!
I had my car in for an oil change, and windshield repair. Car was done very quickly with no issues at all. I have brought all of my vehicles to AJ and his team for years, and recommend them to ALL. Joe and the rest of AJ's guys are fantastic to deal with. Friendly, courteous and prompt. Thanks guys!

I've been AJ's repeat customer for years.
Aj's has always been great to work with. They have a thorough understanding of Classic Car and contemporary vehicle mechanics and are far ahead of others in the area of fabrication and customization of vehicles as well. Since they're very good at what they do they are also very busy so at times it may be difficult to get your vehicle in, so schedule in advance. Top notch shop!

Diesel issues resolved quickly
Spoke with AJ about what was going on with my truck. He said to bring it down. Brought the truck down. It was diagnosed quickly. They were able to repair the problem with a change of a fuel filter and I was on my way. Everyone was extremely friendly helpful and understanding. Thank you for your amazing customer service!

The only place for auto service!
AJ's has serviced all my vehicles for many years and I wouldn't consider going elsewhere. I recently had an incident out of town and I had AJ tow my truck all the way back to Canton because I don't trust anyone. Small town friendly service and excellent work!

Unhappy experience
I asked them to find my exhaust rattle/leak
Was told manifold maybe the cause.
Also had them check my service tire message on dash. Told them it comes on all the time even tho the tires are full. They said the batteries were good and it was just a low tire. I got 2 blocks and the tire message came back on.
I got home and took a look at the exhaust I then found where the exhaust flange gasket is the three nuts were loose and the gasket is bad.
I got charged $70 and feel nothing was diagnosed correctly.
First time that I have had a bad experience.

Fast
Amazing service, fast and efficient. My tire went flat due to a pothole and within ten minutes of calling them for a tow he was there to get my car and take it to the tire shop. Very thankful. Also seems they have worked with my insurance on the bill so I didn’t even have to worry about that. Again, excellent service. Thank you!
