The Best Car Service
When my wheel exploded on the highway, nothing was going right until I got in touch with Sean. He helped order a Tow, and even stayed very late after closing to get my car looked at.
Sean’s inspection of the car was thorough, and very transparent. He has a great online system where you can see photos of your car taken during the inspection.
Not only was my car fixed quickly it was also done for a great price. Sean even fixed a drift in steering that my car had that was missed at the last service I had (at a different location). My car has been driving very smoothly, and with better mileage than before.
The customer service is excellent, and Sean goes above and beyond with his work. If you need repairs or service and want top notch service that is transparent and for a great place, this is the place to go.

Expertise of Guessing Game , Not reliable
This is what happened.
Jan. 05, 2024
I DROVE my car to Sean's Auto Care. They told me it was misfire. They initially quoted me $ 450. However, they kept adding costs. Jan 12. 2024 :
Their customer representative called me that the serpentine belt and idler pulley should be replaced. After I talked to him, I asked my husband about them. My husband told me that they were taken care and did not need to be replaced. ( Later, when my car was towed, my husband asked the owner about them, he told my husband that the serpentine belt and pulley were fine.) MISDIAGNOSIS and tried to overcharge. They did many things. However, I don't think they were related to the main issues because I had to tow my car within 2 weeks after I picked up the car from them on Jan. 25, 2024. I paid $ 4540.05 on Jan. 12, 2024 and another $ 600 on Jan. 25, 2024. The total was $ 5140.05.

My car stopped and would not start in the middle of nowhere ( 80 miles away from my home).
Feb. 12, 2024
The car was TOWED to Sean's Auto Care again. Their customer representative told my husband " I told you. You should have replaced the serpentine belt and the pulley. Because of it, your car stopped " He didn't even open my hood.
Feb. 13, 2024
They told me they diagnosed but could not find anything wrong. Then, they wanted me to give them the authority to test gas. They blamed a bad gas that I filled up on Feb. 11, 2024. However, it was not gas problem. They MISDIAGNOSED again. They changed the ignition coil that they installed on my car again but nothing happened. Another misdiagnosis again. Even though they could not find anything while diagnosing, they wanted to charge me for diagnosis and test ( gas + new ignition coil). I complained about them. After I complained about their work and charges, they stopped communicating with me after Feb. 16, 2024.
Feb. 23, 2024
I visited them to see what was going on. The owner told me that they had been busy and my car was not their top priority. I asked him "Can you fix it? Otherwise I want a refund". He said "Yes, I can fix it". I gave him another chance because he himself promised me that he would have his mechanic work on my car the next week ( Monday . Feb. 26, 2024). Nothing happened. No text, No phone call for update.
March 01,2024
I wrote the Google review, hoping that they take this issue seriously.
March 04, 2024 :
Their customer representative called me. I was told that they will not repair my car or refund because of my Google review. They also want me to pick up my car from their shop. I texted them " I am not picking up my car until you fix or refund. They insisted there were two different issues in my car. So they will not refund. They insisted that they charged me right. They can not work without charge because the latter issue is totally different from the former one. However, they could not tell me what they were when I asked what was the second issue. ( I assume that they are not able to figure out or don't want to work without additional charge) Even if there were two separate issues on my car, they should have figured them out in the first place when I drove my car on Jan. 05, 2024.

I reported this terrible incident to BAR. They recommended you should make refund but you refused.
Shame on you !
You blamed my husband that he used the aftermarket parts ( He actually used OEM from Honda dealer ).
You said that those caused the damages.
The fact is that Sean's auto care used the aftermarket parts for my car and charged a lot of money. ( more than 4 times than OEM part) .
How did I know that? When my car was towed to Honda dealer shop ( he couldn't figure out what the main issue so I need to tow my car to Honda Van Nuys) the mechanic inspected and diagnosed the car. He found that Sean's auto care installed the aftermarket parts.
Tell me about this !!! Sean pretended not to use the aftermarket parts for their customers.
How dare are you lying to customers and blaming them?

Excellent Service
First time at this shop. Was greeted with a big smile, and very friendly service. Went in for an oil change and they also went above and beyond doing a full service check on the vehicle. Letting me know what to be aware of and mindful of in the future. What to focus on next as far as repairs or maintenance. And all with zero sake pressure. Never felt pushed or obligated to do it then and there which I think is very nice. Highly recommend these guys!

a/c means and crunching sounds when turning
Had Sean's Autocare check the a/c it was blowing hot air from drivers side & cold from passenger side. And there were these moans when changing modes. That's working now after they checked, but it needs a part replaced.

Crunching sounds when making left & right turns wouldn't do it when Sean drove it. So I'll try to get him more specifics on when it happens.

I was charged for labor which was more than fair for the time and investigation they spent on my car.

Excellent work
Seans auto shop does amazing work on my vehicle and is the only person i truly trust to work on my nissan GTR him and his wife Brenna are most helpful people you can ask for they’re always on point and honest with their work

Fixed my A.C.
I was driving down from Northern California in 107 degree weather when my A.C. stopped blowing cold air. I called around to a few mechanics shop and even the dealer. Only Sean took the time to tell me what he could do to fix my AC. I respected that and it works great now.
I'd like to add that the staff was helpful and friendly.

Reliable and Convenient service
I took my car in as my alignment seemed off and i was getting resistance from my steering wheel. Sean lofted my car up and showed me the problem. Brenna ordered me the right parts at a great piece, and the work was done in a timely manner and done well.

Pre Purchase Inspection
I was from out of town and needed a PPI for a car that was being auctioned online, and I needed it to be done within 24 hours. I called Sean's car care and they not only got me in the next day, but the scope of the work they did, and the detail in the report, was above my expectations. First class company. I wish they had a location where I live.
