Great job on replacing the control arms on my 2018 Silverado

I had a check engine light come on and they were able to take care of the problem the next day.
I ended up waiting a bit longer than expected, but this was probably owing to the last minute nature of the appointment. The price was reasonable and all seems to be going well with the car VVT solenoid replacement

How many of you can say your mechanic saved your life?
I recently took my car in for an oil change on the recommendation of my mechanic, Kris. He had suggested I not wait until my oil life hit 0%, especially with my vehicles getting up there in age. So I made the appointment, thinking it was just a routine visit.

What I didn’t know was that I’d been driving around with a loose control arm bolt—something that could’ve turned into a serious or even life-threatening situation had it fallen out. Chris caught it during the service and went above and beyond by fixing it on the spot, without me even knowing it was a problem.

It’s easy to overlook how important a good, trustworthy mechanic is—until they quite literally save your life. Huge thanks to Kris for always going the extra mile, and for looking out for more than just my oil levels.

If you’ve got an aging vehicle, don’t wait until it’s too late—get it checked by someone who actually cares.

Quite a complex diagnostic requirements because the systems could have been from any number of causes. Rather than just fix the cause, extra care was taken by using additives to flush the engine.
The difference between this and other repair shops is the specialization of GM vehicles, which ensures best knowledge of such vehicles while not having to pay the higher costs of having service handled by a dealership.

I took my Hummer H3 to Elite GM and was highly impressed. Their knowledge of Hummers and great customer service leaves you speechless. Amazing service!
Being a gm guy having nothing but gm vehicles, I always noticed gm elite auto repair while driving down the street. The hummers and corvettes always called my attention and knew if I ever had an issue with any of my trucks I’ll stop by or at least call for a quote. After the ac on my 2013 Tahoe went out I contacted gm elite auto repair and spoke to kris. He was able to get me in that afternoon. When I arrived he greeted me in the front office, was able to answer all my questions, and went over all the possible issues. While being in the office I also noticed him speak to another customer who decided to skip a transmission service on his truck from gm elite auto and decided to do that him self. Instead of being bothered about missing out on the opportunity for more work Kris started explaining to that customer how to do the job and make it easier for him self and giving him tips and pointers on how he could do the work himself at home. That alone sold me and made me a lifetime customer because that’s what a good mechanic should be, someone that truly wants to help and isn’t just out for the money. Him and his team did an amazing job on my Tahoe, the ac is now freezing cold! I’m definitely ready for the summer. While my truck was there we also agreed on a oil change even though that wasn’t part of my original call, he was able to accommodate for that. I will definitely recommend anyone with a gm vehicle without a doubt. Forget about the dealership GM Elite Auto Repair is the only shop you need.

Fixed my emergency brake and did an oil change
Kris took care of a quick oil change and e brake adjustment for my corvette today. Offered me water and coffee while I waited. Excellent service!
