Worthless!!!
I ordered a number of covers (their "supreme" covers to be exact) to protect my outdoor home theater system. I told their sales agent what system I had and she said she got all of the measurements for the make and model of the covers I wanted directly from the Sony website. She stated she did not need my measurements.
So I placed my order. I eventually received the products and Every Single One of the Seal Skin Supreme Custom Covers DID NOT FIT! All Were Too Small.
I contacted their Customer Service Dept (what a joke) straight away about the problem seeking reasonable resolution. I.e. covers that fit!
Long story short, they tried taking down my reviews. They Did NOT Honor their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and told me they are not going to do anything about any of it.
Don't believe me? Read the 1 star reviews on other trusted review sites.
Bottom line, their products Do Not live up to "their" claims. They Do Not Honor "their" Guarantee.
My advice, RUN AWAY, and FAST!!!
There are significantly better companies and products out their!
