Fair, helpful, knowledgeable
Hartsdale Auto is run by Tom. My son used him and found him very helpful with his older vehicle. My car is also old and it’s great to know there are still knowledgeable mechanics out there who are patient enough to work with you. Will definitely continue to use him!!

Highly recommend
I went to Hartsdale Automotive Services for my NYC annual inspection, and the experience was smooth and efficient. The staff was courteous and professional, and they got everything done quickly without any hassle. I appreciated their honesty and how easy they made the whole process. Tire Pressure Light of Doom
So, the tire pressure light kept coming on. I would put air in the tires and everything would be great for a week or two. Then, the light would be back. Brought the car to Tom and Chris and figured it was something awful and I was probably going to need four new tires. In less than an hour, Tom called to tell me that he found a nail in one tire and he fixed it. The car is now perfect and I am forever loyal to Tom, Chris and the lovely office dog, Sophia. Where else can you get your tire fixed and bonus puppy kisses in less than an hour?

Excellent Quality of Service
Great place. The problem with my car was diagnosed quickly. The repairs were done in a timely manner and everything was explained to me. All of the people there are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Charges are always reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the workmanship. I’ve been using Hartsdale Automotive for many years and am always satisfied with the service.
