Wait in our clean newly renovated waiting room where we offer free wifi, T.V. and fresh coffee. At Scotty's we also provide a car service for our local customers who prefer not to wait. Was not satisfied at all ! .
Ok so I brought my Truck to this place after noticing a Coolant leak when Fueling up at a station just down the road , the Tech couldn't see where the leak was coming from so I told him that it had to be the Bypass Hose , they never did a pressure check and just spent some time looking for the leak which in my opinion didn't require any Labor at all !!! , and yet they charged me almost $75 Bucks ! , this should not have cost more than $30-40 Bucks max ! , he used a little bit of Coolant when he should have used just straight Water and I got charged for that as well , completely ignored me when I told him what it was , I used to work as a B Mechanic for Oldsmobile so I'm no Novice to this Trade , never again will I go there and I'm not recommending any of the People that I know either and I know quite a few ...

Freindly and courteous staff
Had work done on my jeep showed up with no appointment and they took my car in with no problems. They offered me a ride home and when the repairs were done they called me and came back and picked me up. The staff is extremely freindly and courteous

Great vehicle and customer service.
Every time we go to Scotty's we not only get our vehicle problems solved but feel good knowing that they're inspecting and reviewing our cars. We know what things to expect, when do do regular maintenance and what to look out for. This make budgeting easier, and makes us feel safer overall. They provide great customer service and are personally invested in their clientele.

Good over view on entire car, not just fix current symptom.
Scotty's is expensive but thorough. They look at the entire car rather than just the current symptom or problem.
