I've been going to Schenker Automotive for over 20 years and always had great service. I recently brought my 2020 Hyundai Sante Fe in for an oil change and tire rotation, and to also remove and repair a tire that had a nail in it and they also replaced my front brake. Everything works great, but I just noticed that one of the wheels, which is fairly new, has been damaged. I checked the other wheels and noticed small marks on the other also. This does not make me happy as I have never seen this tech before who worked on my car. I may start looking elsewhere to bring my cars if this is the kind of service I'm going to get and also let my family know as everyone takes their cars there. I'm sorry but this service is not acceptable for me.
