TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!! Recommended services I DID NOT need done. Exorbitant quote for the service I did need (wheel bearing) to the tune of over $1,000. Decided to get another opinion from a different, honest, auto repair shop a friend recommended. They did the work for me for $340, which was less than the price Schlenker quoted me for just the part I needed. And did an EXCELLENT job!!!! Never going to Schlenker again! They are not who they used to be.

Simply the best
I recently had auto repairs on my wife's 2015 Kia Soul and my 2017 Ford Edge. The staff is phenomenal. The work was super quick and done correctly. I'll never go anywhere else.

Overpriced by 700 relative to local mechanics

Damage new wheel
I've been going to Schenker Automotive for over 20 years and always had great service. I recently brought my 2020 Hyundai Sante Fe in for an oil change and tire rotation, and to also remove and repair a tire that had a nail in it and they also replaced my front brake. Everything works great, but I just noticed that one of the wheels, which is fairly new, has been damaged. I checked the other wheels and noticed small marks on the other also. This does not make me happy as I have never seen this tech before who worked on my car. I may start looking elsewhere to bring my cars if this is the kind of service I'm going to get and also let my family know as everyone takes their cars there. I'm sorry but this service is not acceptable for me.

Keeping baby in the game
Needing help no appointment I cold called this place with a fuel issue problem on a FRIDAY Morning they told me bring it in. They diagnosed it, got the part ,fixed it and I was in and out the door and under 2 hours everything was very professional honest and fair I would highly recommend them and you can take that to the bank

Extra charges
I took my car in to get the fuel filter/fuel pump replaced, I have had at least three other diagnostics tell me the same thing was wrong with my car so I didn't need another diagnostic done and be charged over $100 just to be told that the same problem was wrong with the car.

ALWAYS: timely; take care of customers; stand by their work; great value for all they service and sell; clean, spacious, comfortable and we'll lit customers only lounge and restroom separate from garage employees with wi-fi; repairs inside the building, not in a shed; modern; great value for all they service and sell. I know, with my heap, there is always something new to repair. Unsolicited review.

They are extremely reliable. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. If a part needs to be ordered they are on top of it, get it in a few days and have you back on the road. The staff is always there to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
