Mostly good, still waiting for my invoice

I was pleasantly surprised that Sams has an in house warranty for services that fixed my car after a prior repair failed because of faulty components. It is great to see a company that is worthy of trust in this day and age. I do have one minor complaint as I have yet to receive and invoice for this and another repair made by them that they promised to send me by email. They are very busy, but follow through in this area would be appreciated also.
