Been going To Sam's Over A Decade - Just Had Another Great experience
Odyssey van started making so much noise I had it towed to Sam's and in under 2 days it was repaired and ready to go with a new serpentine belt and pulley assembly. Always polite and always professional and no surprises with estimates. As good as it gets in Eugene/Springfield for car repair.

Windshield wipers
This place is fantastic. I’ve been going here for years and years. I just went in for windshield wiper replacement and asked about the problem I had with the battery. They tested it, found it bad and put in a new one on the spot. I trust Levi, Chris and everyone there to tell me what my car needs. Kudos to them!

Mostly good, still waiting for my invoice
I was pleasantly surprised that Sams has an in house warranty for services that fixed my car after a prior repair failed because of faulty components. It is great to see a company that is worthy of trust in this day and age. I do have one minor complaint as I have yet to receive and invoice for this and another repair made by them that they promised to send me by email. They are very busy, but follow through in this area would be appreciated also.

Kids car troubles
We have used Sams auto for all of our personal automotive repairs over the years. Our kids car was having some problems, we took it to Sams for repair and after the repair was made other problems surfaced unfortunately but with that said it was a used car and it was to be expected of any owner of a usex auto. The staff and Specifically Brandon showed the utmost level of professionalism towards handling the repair in the most efficient way possible. We appreciate Sams Auto. Thanks Brandon.

Diagnostics on my vehicle
My truck suddenly died so I had it towed to Sam’s and upon diagnosing what happened they discovered the problem with a full report on what else my truck was needing very professional , honest and informative service

Amazing follow up
Took my Audi A4 in because of a miss on acceleration. They found an fixed a faulty coil that had been replaced less than 6 months ago and didn't charge me because it was under warranty for the work they had done. A couple days later another failed and we decided to replace all the coils with Audi coils since the aftermarket were failing prematurely. Ideas only charged for the price of the coils since it was still under their repair warranty. Never heard of a shop doing this and it impresses me.

Helpful, courteous, reasonably price, great service.
I have been going to these people for years and like the way they do business. They are always very busy. They treat me well and have time to go over things with me. They have resolved my problems and maintenance. I had a recent emergency and they managed to fit me in and work on my car very quickly. I trust their knowledge and understanding of my car and they also remember her history. Great and funny team. I like them and will keep relying on them to keep my car working and me safe on the roads.

We Love Sam's!
Brandon took my call and was able to help me out with an appointment date just 6 days later from when I called. We dropped the car off at 8am, he called me with a quote at 11am, and at 5:20pm we got the call to come get it. They also had no qualms with me bringing in one of the door parts needing replacement - an interior door handle, since I had access to one, and they sourced the others, no problem.
