Replacement of rear wheel bearing and oil change.
We have been using RT One Auto for close to 20 years. They have always provided excellent service and are always there to help when an emergency situation arises. The job they did replacing the rear wheel bearing was very helpful to keep the car on the road. As usual I was very pleased with everyone I encountered at RT One Auto.

Was time for the periodic (3,000-mile) car check-up.
Always get quality service at Rte One Auto. The technicians do quality work, explain what they've done, suggest what other matters need attention, and do it all with a friendly demeanor. The receptionist is also friendly and helpful. Good place to do business!

Great regular scheduled service
Just spent a quick in-and-out for a 6 mos. service on my 14 Camry hybrid (oil change, fluids, brake check, etc.) I had a question about this cars aux 12V battery, which they did their best to diagnose, but after an hour of checking amp values across all circuits, it will have to be referred to the Toyota dealer, due to mfg proprietary design of this hybrid system. I did some extra research and found that this is a fault of MOST hybrid cars! Don’t leave hybrids idle for days at a time without a trickle charger attached to the 12V aux battery, or it will not start without a jump! Something the dealer will not reveal when looking for a sale! The car is great, otherwise!

Excellent service on short notice
After another night of near zero temps, my car started, but a bit slower than normal. I didn’t think about it due to the extreme cold. I ran some errands, starting and stopping three times, each with no problem. After my final stop, I turned the key and heard that dreaded click, click, click and I knew the battery was dead. I called Linda immediately and explained the situation and she told me to come in asap and these’d replace the battery. I got a jump from our security team and drove to Rte1 Auto. Linda checked me in, took my keys and had a tech bring the car in. They replaced the battery and I was back on my way in less than 30 minutes. What a great team of people there.

Recent service appointment at Rt.1 Auto Service
I recently went into Rt1 auto service for an oil change and a tire rotation and as been my experience over the last close to 20 years, they did an exceptional job. The appointment was timely and the service work was done in a complete professional manner. I highly recommend this service organization.
