Not all garages are the same !!! This place rocks !!!
Nothing but the best service ! I’ve owned many automobiles over the years .
This is my new go to I have nothing but the utmost trust in the owners and staff .
Where I am comfortable enough to bring my automobile in for oil change ,service or a repair and ask them to go through the whole car to make sure it’s all ok .
Without worrying about them tell me something false

Replacement of rear wheel bearing and oil change.
We have been using RT One Auto for close to 20 years. They have always provided excellent service and are always there to help when an emergency situation arises. The job they did replacing the rear wheel bearing was very helpful to keep the car on the road. As usual I was very pleased with everyone I encountered at RT One Auto.

Was time for the periodic (3,000-mile) car check-up.
Always get quality service at Rte One Auto. The technicians do quality work, explain what they've done, suggest what other matters need attention, and do it all with a friendly demeanor. The receptionist is also friendly and helpful. Good place to do business!

Great regular scheduled service
Just spent a quick in-and-out for a 6 mos. service on my 14 Camry hybrid (oil change, fluids, brake check, etc.) I had a question about this cars aux 12V battery, which they did their best to diagnose, but after an hour of checking amp values across all circuits, it will have to be referred to the Toyota dealer, due to mfg proprietary design of this hybrid system. I did some extra research and found that this is a fault of MOST hybrid cars! Don’t leave hybrids idle for days at a time without a trickle charger attached to the 12V aux battery, or it will not start without a jump! Something the dealer will not reveal when looking for a sale! The car is great, otherwise!
