They thoroughly inspected my car, and I was very happy with the level of detail. The waiting lounge was also much nicer than the dealership’s. Derek was great—patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions.
The entire process was incredibly quick: I visited on Tuesday, approved the work that day, the parts arrived Wednesday, dropped off my car Thursday, and had it back by Friday. The shop was very professional and courteous, and the final cost was in line with the estimate.
