Good experience
The work was done quickly and as promised. Staff is great and very patient with questions and concerns. The guys in the back know their stuff and i'm comfortable leaving my car there. The pre-approval of billing/costs process and messages are a little confusing as the amount asked to be approved in messages is not exactly the same as what is later paid.

My Personal Experience
I went in for an oil change on my Audi S5 2021, and was blown away about the detailed report they provided. Although I knew about further maintenance my car needs, they were able to pinpoint everything that might need an extra checking and other parts that need to be changed based on the mileage. They went above and beyond on the report and without being pushy about the extra services. Will always recommend this shop to family and friends due to their quality of work, honest pricing, and most of all, their hospitality. Thank you again!

Consistent Outstanding Service
For the past two years I have been driving 15 miles to RSW Euro to service our 2013 and 2005 BMW X5s. The GM Matt Lopez and his entire Staff are extremely professional, polite and honest. The facility at RSW is “world class” and equal or better than any dealer. RSW service may cost more than a local garage but in my opinion they give far superior service. When you visit RSW you see many older high end Porche, Mercedes, BMW, Audi etc cars. Some have NY and PA license plates. That confirms my opinion that RSW Euro is worth the extra distance and cost to have them service a valuable auto you intend to keep driving for years to come.

RSW is the only place I will service my vehicles. The team here is amazing, they take such great care of my vehicles. Diagnostic fee is too much
I've always gotten my oil changes done here, and just yesterday, I went back for another one. However, they told me they noticed a leak around the oil sensor and charged me $215 for a diagnostic test, only to conclude that nothing was leaking. One of the staff mentioned that maybe a cap or something wasn’t tightened properly. But since they’re the only ones who work on my car, how did the oil get there in the first place? This will probably be the last time I take my car there.
