I received a text at 545 pm that my vehicle is ready for pick up in their lot with the key in Mailbox 2. I arrive at 730pm only to find the mailbox empty.
I have been servicing three vehicles with this company, including my 911, Cayenne and Mercedes. Very disappointed, to say the least.
