Great Service but missed one "key" item
I always find Roy Hendrick to provide service quickly and at a reasonable price. I normally would rate them a 5, but considering that I paid via phone so I could pick up my vehicle after hours, it was surprising when I got there and my vehicle was not left as the service representative had described (it was locked without my key inside). I now need to make an additional trip to pick up my key. Fortunately, not terribly inconvenient as I have to pass there often.
