Cliente VerificadoLyndon White, i agree that more than 2 hours for an oil change and rotation is excessive. I read your survey comments and researched that day and even though we may not have looked busy we wrote up 13 other cars right before you and after you. On Saturday's we run only half a crew so the other half can be off with their families. I noticed that you did not have an appointment for that day and I am sure you would agree we have to service our appointments first before taking in walk ins. With that in mind hopefully we will get the chance to service your vehicle again. Thank you for your comments.
