Quote and Appointments mean absolutely nothing

Took my vehicle in and got a quote. A week later I was able to get an “appointment”. The whole first day, I rode by three times to find no one touching it. The second day (today) it was finally being worked on after 1300. At the end of the day was told “sorry, unexpected issues came up”. Now my quote will mean nothing. Was told it will be “more, but we’ll let you know how much more when where done”. Oh, today is July 3rd a Thursday and they won’t “work” on it again till next Monday. I am a single parent of a child with special needs and don’t have a vehicle for almost a week because they waited to actually begin the work. Only come here if you are independently wealthy and don’t need your vehicle for a while. HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!
