Honest, quick, personable.
Married to a Master mechanic for all of my driving career. I recently have seperated from my partner and am facing the reality of vehicle maintenance and labor costs. Though it is the time of the season where every shop is packed, Willy and Bryce had my vehicle in 2 days after I called. At first glance it was not noticed but Willy listened to my description of syptoms/issues and was willing to look a bit closer. It was established that something needed replaced and Willy really pushed to help give me sound advice and recommendations on what would be best/cost effective. I decided to let Willy and Bryce take on the project and it was more so at my convenience to pay them, then it was for them to accept this headache. I was told all expectations of cost ahead of time and the $ spent on my consultation will be credited toward the repairs when I take it back for the full job. I can already say that my first impression is complete relief. The car maintenance cost is what it is. The confidence in knowing I am being treated with compassion, honesty, and understanding of my needs/wants is priceless. That's worth more than my vehicle! Will be following up next week!
