Terrible service support
I have purchased 6 Hyundai vehicles since 2011 (5 from RM). The customer service procedures have become terrible. I took my 2022 Tucson in on Jan 2 for a warranty issue said it would be done that day. Called the same day and said a CLIP was broken reattaching the spoiler and needed to order a CLIP - the clip would be in on Jan 6 and would be ready for pickup on Jan 6. Started calling at 2pm for service information on Jan 6. Cannot get through to a human bc of answering system does not give option to talk to a person. Left message and phone number. No response from anyone from service. Calling for another hour and a half before I can speak to a human. Now talking to service at 4:23 find out that it wasn’t a clip but they were replacing my spoiler. The spoiler they received was not painted, they have to send to body shop for painting and now I have to wait a week or more to get my car back and I wouldn’t have found this out bc no one was callling me to inform me of the situation. I leave a message that I want to talk to a manager about this, no manager calls back. I have no car, no offer of a courtesy vehicle and no support from the company. They allow the desk people and service department to be overwhelmed to maximize profits yet don’t take care of the customers who make their business profitable.
