Rob is a Master Mechanic that does excellent work! Have been taking our cars to him for excellent service for over 10 years. I know that the work is done with the utmost care with the
right parts at a very reasonable price. Jesus has given Rob excellent skills - a craftsman is worth his wage. Rob understands how these ***complex car systems work*** and ***how to properly fix them***. He gives you an estimate of what the repair will cost that is right on target and takes the time to explain the repair. Take for example brakes on our car where Rob replaced the rear brakes the fronts are in great shape. Some shops may have replaced all 4 but Rob is honest !! By the way he also noticed the tires needed to be rotated and did that too with information on when the front breaks will need service! Where can you go to get this type of quality service? Our car had an intermittent check engine light come on. Over the phone I asked Rob have I damaged the engine?! He put my mind at ease as he walked me through a checklist of items once again over the phone - the engine itself is OK the the electronic sensor system is working properly .The plumbing under the hood looks like a bowl of spaghetti! Rob was able to find the problem a pin hole leak in one of the air tubes in the engine compartment. Some shops may have thrown parts at the problem to fix it! Due to his skill we have not had any further problems with that! My truck door latches were not working properly. After he replaced the parts that matched the interior color the doors open perfectly. My truck had coolant in the oil and lifter problems. Rob removed the heads replaced the gaskets, resurfaced the cylinder heads, replaced the lifters, and put her all back together the truck runs perfectly. I took my car to the dealership for a product recall which they did. They wanted to charge me for a replacement of an engine mount that they noticed during the product recall work which I declined to have done. Gees is the engine going fall out while I am driving on the 101?? Rob looked at the motor mounts they were fine. Once again Rob is honest! This is professional work done by a professional that takes extreme pride in what he does and how he does it at once again very reasonable cost. Every time I take my car in for service I know the repairs will be made properly - I know the work has been done right. It gives me great comfort to know I can take my cars to Rob and have them properly maintained!!
