Maria said she had to go in because it was an emergency. The staff did not explain there wasn't a warranty when she purchased the tires in May. She ran over something and her tire ripped. She called in to let them know about the incident and she was told they could not replace the tire because the hole was on the side. She was told to call the manufacturer to see if they can help. She had to purchase another tire. She had to pay almost $300 for the tire.
