Great service and communication
They provided excellent service, even shuttle service, taking me to and from my house while they had my Jeep. They only charged me for things I actually needed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I will take my jeep to them every time in the future.

Fixed my issue
Dropped my car off Memorial Day had it in and figure out Tuesday after parts came in Wednesday I was back on the road that afternoon. Friendly staff will be back

Great service!
I’ve had a couple of new tires mounted on rims for my trailer and a couple of truck tires repaired. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them for additional work when needed.

Airbag Light Issue
The techs at Pendleton Auto Care did a great job. I came in for an alignment, an oil change, and to get a diagnosis for an airbag light that had been on for awhile in my Kia Sedona. I expected a lengthy back-and-forth, but they were able to totally solve the issue for just an hour of labor. I’m really happy with their service.

Not pleased
I came in this morning and told the attendant that my thermostat needed replaced. After evaluation they said my thermostat (and labor) would cost over $500. It’s only a $22 part so I said never mind I will just do it myself. I was then charged a $140 evaluation fee to tell me the thermostat was bad, which is what I told them when I walked in. What a rip off. I have been a loyal customer, but no more. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our service, we will replace the parts when the customer states that is what they want and then sometimes their diagnosis is wrong and we now have installed the wrong part. So when we properly diagnosis the customer concern and this is for failure codes, we have ran the engine and checked the data from the engine for operating temperature to make sure it is working properly and then when there is a thermostat issue we will pressure test the cooling system as well to make sure there is no coolant leaks. With the repairs we recommend to do a coolant flush when there is a thermostat issue and the after the repairs we check the cooling fan operation to also make sure it is working properly. We work hard to make sure the repairs that are needed and the repairs that we made are what the vehicle needs.

Great service.
Really satisfied with the service. I needed breaks done asap and they got me in and taken care of right away. I was impressed with the detailed inspection they done on my truck that I didn’t even expect. Even sent me photos of parts needing replaced before doing the job. Will definitely come back for my vehicle needs.

Electrical problems for the stabilizer system
