great first impression
I took a new to me car in for an post sale inspection, just to know my starting point with this car. When AVC called, the tech explained everything in wonderful detail, and was excellent at knowing what I was understanding and what needed more explanation. It was a crazy detailed conversation and inspection. It was $50. Are you kidding me? I did not think you could have a shop do anything for that little.
There were no pressing issues with my car, but even stuff that was getting close - there was no pressure to do that work. I was just an inspection with details.

My wife’s car broke down!
On Monday my wife’s car broke down. As I waited for the tow truck to arrive I called a half a dozen shops to get a quote for a replacement for the water pump. AVC is the only one that gave me an honest price for the work needed. Said that they could get me in on Thursday. Again the only shop that could get me in this week. I get a call from them on Tuesday morning telling me that they should be done with the repairs by 5! They’re honest and efficient! Drove the car home with no issues!

Water Pump Issue
I have taken ALL my vehicles to AVC Auto for more years than I can count. They always walk me through what they find wrong AND, more importantly, they tell me what is working and doesn't need to be fixed. That's called honesty!!! They do great work and I know they are reliable. You can never go wrong taking your vehicle to AVC.

Above and beyond.
Bought SUV in with problem with battery draining after 4 days. AVC was able to diagnose problem but unable to fix due to brand of vehicle. Diagnostic work they did was at no charge and they were able to direct me where to go next to get the problem resolved.
