After initially bringing our CRV to RB Honda for knowledge on the Honda turbo warranty, it quickly became a horrible decision. After denying warranty on turbo #1, being filed under wrongful claim to which we paid for, they did replace turbo #2 under service and now turbo #3 is awaiting repairs. Now with a ruined engine and an approved Honda warranty claim, RBHonda denies warranty for the engine for their mistakes make through the whole process. Our car has been in/out of their shop since April. It's now July and neither the service manager nor the GM are willing to accept Honda warranty and fix the engine along with turbo #3. A complaint has been filed with the MN Attorney General on this matter, to which RB Honda's GM response was serious misinformation and lies to protect their stance in the claim. I will NEVER buy nor use RB Honda for anything.... NEVER. I will also NEVER be buying another Honda!
