Cliente VerificadoWe're sorry you feel this way. I belive there is a missunderstanding about the leak. The transmission is leaking from somewhere inside the bell housing, and requires removal to repair. The estimate you recived was for the complete repair if it was just the seal and nothing more serious. If there was a more serious leak, we'd have a transmission shop repair that before we reinstalled the fixed transmission. Either way, your transmission still needs to be removed in order to be repaired. Ther isn't an external leak, it's internal. We just don't know if the estimate we gave you is all you will need or if will you need more ontop. As far as the labor itemization, our estimates and our invoices all have parts line itemed on the left side of the page, and labor lines are on the right side with full discriptions and cost.
