Unsettling
Seems like every time I take my motorhome in it has to be done twice. Why can it be done correctly the first tome. Carless and sloppy, oil spilt on my carpet!

Knowledgable & Kind
As a woman, it can be overwhelming to walk into any type of automotive shop. However, the folks at the front desk were patient and took the time to explain the process. They also gave me a reasonable timeframe for the repair and kept me updated as the inspection continued and they ran into issues. I was in and out with my vehicle in excellent condition. I will be returning when necessary.

Everyone there took care of me from start to end. Made sure to let me know every detail with photo's/videos as well.
Took in for some heating issues and ended up being what could have blown my motor in the long run. Thankful for this team, they caught something dodge it self did not when dodge just did my oil change and everything recently.

Exceptional Service with Honesty and Care
R & G Brake Alignment exceeded my expectations, and Maggie was the best from start to finish. She provided clear pictures of the issues with my vehicle and laid out a well-thought-out plan of attack, prioritizing what needed to be done first and what could wait—helping ease the financial burden.

What really stood out was how she explained the technical aspects of my Dodge in a way that was easy to understand. Car repairs are never fun, but Maggie’s positive attitude and transparency made the experience much easier to handle. Even though I took a financial hit, I left feeling confident in the service and knowing I had found my go-to repair shop. Highly recommend!
