Gabe was so helpful and reassuring when I walked in all frazzled after four engine lights came on while I was driving out of town for the weekend. I've never felt more comfortable or well-cared-for doing anything car related. Gabe explained what he was checking and why, let me learn and ask questions, and even referred another mechanic because RR was too booked to take on new customers.
