Happy with the entire process. The only (very small) problem was the online booking let me set up an appointment for Memorial Day and even sent me a confirmation text that morning. Like mentioned before. Friendly service, but not much follow up and I had to reach out most of the time to get updates on my vehicle. The actual repair work was done good, but new issues were created in the process. And weeks later, those new issues still have NOT been addressed nor resolved. (Entered by customer via UpdatePlus)
