Bought a lemon; been in for service 4 times in first 2 weeks after purchase
What a nightmare! Bought a 2020 Chevy Trax with under 80k miles. Air conditioning was broke the first day, they took into shop for service and we got it back a few days later, but still not fixed so the next day took it back again; then they replaced the a/c condenser and seemed to fix it, but they messed up a hose during the fix do we had to bring it in a few days later to fix the hose. Drive it out of state but it overheated within 300 miles; had it towed and we are fixing in the out of state shop (replacing the thermostat and a faulty sensor). So, it’s been in various shops 4 times within 400 miles and 2 weeks. Of course none of the latest repairs are covered by their warranty and they say the lemon law doesn’t apply. If a car they sold is in the shop this often and this early, then it’s a lemon and they knew it. Horrible experience … save yourself a huge hassle and $$$ and buy from literally anyone else
