Ok I took my 2014 gmc truck in on 5/30/2021for a pretty easy repair that i did not have time to do myself. It was a oil pressure control selinode located in the back side of the motor bought an took the part to them with filter an all. Told me it would be ready later that day . So i go pick it up and was told not just told but on the receipt it stated wrong part which it was not. Correct part put in an code cleared. Get home an check there work .They put in a completely different part AND NOT EVEN IN THE RIGHT PLACE THEY INSTALLED IT IN THE FRONT OF THE MOTOR BLOCK .( INCOMPETENT MECHANICS) I called to tell them told me they would call back.. Haven't hear crap.. So question? Who is responsible if or when my motor blows up . Seeming that can't do there job or take responsibility for what they do wrong.. Like a theft you caught stealing and you confront them and they lie an say it wasn't me i didn't do anything.. Everyone who has had this type of experience with reliable chevy in springfield mo i recommend retaining a lawyer as i have .. Hope you read this post reliable chevy.
