Brandon brunch or whatever the service manager is! Well took my car In for previous damage from a wreak. My friend towed my car in for me. Thinking I just needed an alignment. Well they tell me what’s wrong with the car. Being a single mom I couldn’t afford the 800+ they wanted to charge to fix the car so I tell them I’ll pick it up and when I have the money I’ll get it fixed. When I pick it up there is Damage to my car so I question them. Debbie goes and “tries” to find the service manager to see if she can “find” out what happened. Well she takes my name and number and says they’ll call. Never did. I messaged Debbie through text and email Multiple times for her to never have an answer of when they’re gonna call me or saying they’re still looking through the footage and they would give me a call back. For them to message me this morning saying they’re not taking responsibility for my vehicle that they did. I wouldn’t take your car there. They are the type of company to forget to put your oil filter in just so they can fuck up your car so you bring it back. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
