Service department great, Sales left bad taste in my mouth.
So, I am torn about this review on what to give overall. I will split this review into 2 parts. Service Department and Sales.

Lets start with the Service Dept.

I give them 5 stars out of 5 for for friendliness, and placing the customers first. I brought my Mother's 2019 Hyundai Sonata in with a bad starter. We got a loaner car from them but the car was just out of the 5 year warranty. Good news is, we had the extended warranty that we received when she bought the car new. Do to issues with them needing a tow truck to get the car into the shop (starter dead so it wont start) the car did in fact stay a few days longer than needed. The service staff so not to worry about the loaner car and it's cost, that it will be taken car of. They kept their word and everything went smooth.

Now the hard part of the review.

Sales will be split in 2 also.

My sales Agent Alex Toumas was great. He is friendly and listened to me. I actually feel bad for him since his New Car Dan Durand decided to lowball my cars value and make excuses why.

Now on to the top brass of sales. They get a 1 star out of 5.
Dan Durand offered me $6,000 for my car, for trade in, That is $1,000 less than the first quote he gave me when it had an error on Carfax. The dealer that did the maintenance on my car, fixed the Carfax and now he is trying to take it at a junkyard price. They use Kelly Blue Book for rates and my car, at fair rating, is still worth $10,000 more than offered. My car is mechanically sound, but does have repairable cosmetic damage.

If you do want to trade in your car, make sure you do your research. Go to Kelly Blue Book kbb.com and get your cars value by vin search, and do not trust a word that the New Car Manager says.
