Do not buy from here!
Paid 430 dollars for a light on dash. Get the car hone and the light is still on. Paid 3000 follows for a warranty they sold me to cover nothing. They refuse to allow me to schedule maintenance on the vehicle, and never fixed the light I paid hundreds for. Never buying a car from here again. Also will not recommend to anyone wanting a used vehicle. Please don't purchase there warranty. You'll save more money this way.

Service department great, Sales left bad taste in my mouth.
So, I am torn about this review on what to give overall. I will split this review into 2 parts. Service Department and Sales.

Lets start with the Service Dept.

I give them 5 stars out of 5 for for friendliness, and placing the customers first. I brought my Mother's 2019 Hyundai Sonata in with a bad starter. We got a loaner car from them but the car was just out of the 5 year warranty. Good news is, we had the extended warranty that we received when she bought the car new. Do to issues with them needing a tow truck to get the car into the shop (starter dead so it wont start) the car did in fact stay a few days longer than needed. The service staff so not to worry about the loaner car and it's cost, that it will be taken car of. They kept their word and everything went smooth.

Now the hard part of the review.

Sales will be split in 2 also.

My sales Agent Alex Toumas was great. He is friendly and listened to me. I actually feel bad for him since his New Car Dan Durand decided to lowball my cars value and make excuses why.

Now on to the top brass of sales. They get a 1 star out of 5.
Dan Durand offered me $6,000 for my car, for trade in, That is $1,000 less than the first quote he gave me when it had an error on Carfax. The dealer that did the maintenance on my car, fixed the Carfax and now he is trying to take it at a junkyard price. They use Kelly Blue Book for rates and my car, at fair rating, is still worth $10,000 more than offered. My car is mechanically sound, but does have repairable cosmetic damage.

If you do want to trade in your car, make sure you do your research. Go to Kelly Blue Book kbb.com and get your cars value by vin search, and do not trust a word that the New Car Manager says.

Terrible Experience with Service car been there almost 2 months no return phone calls or simple tasks I need for a Rental not getting done .. Would never recommend buying a Vehicle from Here !!

Excellent customer service from service representative, Derrick Gillard
I wanted to take time out to give thanks and kudos to the best service representative I have ever come across in my many years (45 plus years) of automotive ownership. His name is Derrick Gillard and he goes above and beyond to help Hyundai owners receive quality care and service. I have dealt with Derrick Gillard twice in the last month. Once for general maintenance items and the second time for an emergency automotive issue with a inverter radiator on my hybrid Sonata automobile. Derrick helped me receive warranty service for the radiator issue and put me in a rental while my car was repaired. He kept me informed of everything that was occurring in the process, sometimes texting or phoning me as late as 8:00 pm or 8:30 pm with updates and necessary information. It is rare you come across such a wise, caring and service oriented dealership service representative in today’s world. I am only going to deal with Derrick Gillard for all my future dealership service needs at Randy Wise Hyundai Automotive Mall. Thank you Derrick.

Regular Oil Change
Hyundai Kona 2021. I went for a regular change oil with the car running great without any bad sound or smell . In the maintain process they found a "mouse nest" in the cabin filter. They changed the filter for a new one and they charged me $52 for that, OK. When I pick up the car I found the AC fan working wrong making loud noise and I showed them. They left dirt in a system while they change the filter or I don't know what else. In the end they told me something nonsense and they toke 150 more from my pocket and 2 hour from my time to fix their own mistake. It is sad because I really trusted in Randy Wise.

Although its not a completed deal yet, i have no worries the outcome will be positive as well. Used online check-in feature scheduled for 8:30 AM. Drop the car off at 8:30 no issues, completed at 9 AM. Great service experience. A quick car wash would’ve made it exceptional.

Service department has really stepped it up. I was early for my appointment, but they took the car anyway. They said they would have me out in an hour, and I was out just over an hour. Nice job!
