Fantastic service and communication
I had an ongoing issue that the dealership could not correct. When the dealership finally decided that I was out of warranty, they no longer wanted to fix the issue. They quoted me a price to repair the problem. I said no thank you, why would I want to pay for something you couldn't even fix under warranty?
I brought it to Ranaway Diesel and they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it properly.
Upon completion, I was told there were several things the dealership did wrong. Bolts were loose, torque converter nuts not tightened etc.
I will continue to bring my truck to Ranaway and skip the dealership altogether.
