Not honest
I brought the car to change the termostat
They charge me diagnose and the change of termostat .
Also they gave me the car back but I have air on the coolant circuit.

LBR keeps my Mercedes in excellent shape
2013 GL 450. Been servicing it at LBR for years. LBR is fair in their pricing, excellent in their work, extraordinary in their communication and thorough in their analysis of what needs to be done to keep an older car healthy.

repair acute problem
My car was towed to LBR after engine light started blinking and a burning odor started with ignition. LN]LBR started assessmenr immediately and kept me informed about progress. Car was repaired within a timely period of time and drove like a top afterwards. I was very pleased with quick attention to my car and helpful customer service.

Incomplete inspection services
I took my Honda Odyssey to your shop for a complete inspection service in preparation for a road trip. The inspection was not thorough, it only covered the brakes, transmission fluid and wipers, but it didn't cover the power steering, engine performance, shock absorbers, wheel alignments, coolant etc...
I received a very high estimate for the repair and decided not to get the proposed repairs. I was charged about $100 + tax for the incomplete inspection. I feel strongly that I should get an appropriate refund. Please call me at 425-435-9275 to discuss.

Honest & Thorough
Ken was very patient and took the time to thoroughly explain the priority of my needed repairs so I knew which ones were most urgent versus not as urgent. I appreciated his honesty because most dealer repair shops make it seem like everything needs to be fixed immediately. And LBR's pricing is more reasonable than the dealer rates. I'll definitely continue to use LBR!
