Dawn said she's still satisfied with the overall experience but it ended up being about 2 or 3 days longer to get her vehicle back. The reason for the delay had to do with a part lost somewhere on a truck. She didn't elaborate on the type of part. Also, she was the one who initiated the calls to see what was happening. Overall, she likes the outcome of the wonderful work done on her vehicle.
