I read some online reviews, and found Racetrack Auto customer reviews that touted the great skill, integrity and reasonable costs of the techs and the business.
I stopped in, with no warning, almost as soon as they opened. The Service Dept listened patiently, and told us they’d do their best to check it as soon as possible, despite a busy shop.
And that’s exactly what they did. They gave me the assurance I needed to make the long
drive, explaining (as well as written) what was up and what I could do.
