damaged head and cost me 4 grand at least

quality tune did a head gasket job. my work rebuilds engines, so i completely rebuilt my heads, everything. they lost bolts and a bracket, pulled my air filter and never replaced it. air supply to manifold wasn't seated, crankcase vent tubs just sitting there not attached to anything on either end. i had to deck the heads only because the they damaged the head surface 15 thousands deep indent. martin told me he does the timing himself to make sure its done property... timing on driver side head was off one tooth, miss fires cause wear on exhaust guides, lead to ticking and i had to pull the head again and rebuild it all at my own expense. quality tune told me i had a warranty, but martin never showed any sign of guilt or did anything about it was just denial and a complete lack of accountability. don't bring your car top these guys for even an air filter change because the will forget to put a new one in.
