Danny saves the day again.
Well, as it turned out, didn't need an oil change after all. Will take it back when I return from the L48 next summer. Eliot & team have been servicing my vehicles for many years and wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else. Honest people are hard to find and Quality Tune by far beats out the Jiffy Lubes, etc both in workmanship and cost.

Brake job done with bad mistakes and lied about.
My brakes cost $1000, and now they squeal and my car rattles going above 60mph. I can't afford another brake job and they say they did the job perfectly.

Brake job done with bad mistakes and lied about.
Tldr: I paid $1,100 for a brake job and my brakes are still broken.

I got a full brake job. After the job my brakes were overheating so bad the were boiling rainwater. I took it back, they said I was wrong the brakes are fine, I drive home and the overheating is gone (magically) but now there is tremendous clunking and my car doesn't drive straight on the highway. When I told the mechanic he told me to get my car off his lot and sue if I thought he owed me something.

Never go to quality tune!

Prompt, honest and good people to work with. Always reasonable prices with the great job that was done on my vehicle the first without having to bring back vehicle. Will continue to use Quality Tune! Prices are much better than dealership.

So happy I found them!
My friend recommended Quality Tune and after being ripped off by the dealership I tried Eliot and his crew. They did a fine job fixing the real problem and not just the easy stuff. I'm very happy with their service. Will for sure use them again and I highly recommend the team at Quality Tune!

Hans said he has known them for quite some time and he has had good experiences with them. He added they always do good work and they don't half-do anything. Hans said he hasn't had anything come back yet, he prefers them to any other place.

Will use them everytime!
I was told by a competitor that my car would need a new engine. I took my car here and they didn't have a spot open for an appointment, but took my car in right away and fixed the issue in 30 minutes and saved me $8000 and actually explained what the problem was. Car is running better than it did before I bought it.

Exceptional customer service andattention to detail
Eliot and Martin will take care of you and keep you informed every step of the way. The staff didn't settle for the machine's all clear for my alignment when it still pulled. They identified the problem and didn't stop till they were able to fix it. Good work gentlemen!
