I sincerely apologize for the condition of the tires/wheels after we worked on your vehicle. I take responsibility for this because that is something I am responsible for making sure it gets done before you leave. There is no excuse for sloppy work. We have been short handed this week due to an injury and I should have taken this upon myself to do.
