Excellent and Honest

Quick diagnosis
Brought the 2018 Panamera in to diagnose electronic glitches. Ed was extremely helpful in making sure I understood what was to take place, and the cost. They tried a few things but then realized the car needed to be plugged in at a dealership directly linked to the factory in Germany.
Went to pick up the car and pay only to be told “no charge”. They went out of their way and charged me nothing. I’m a customer for life

Honest, consistent precision ? , & effective communication ?
Olsen should be regarded as a powerhouse in the Porsche world.

They are honest in their work and the precision in their craft is their chef’s kiss, bar none.
I’ve been quoted double to wait for 1 year to complete my project- whilst Olsen got it done 1/4 of the time, for a reasonable cost when you consider what you’re getting - top tier service only.
Nothing less.
Keep in mind, I am NOT the first or last person to say these things.

Thorough / Friendly / Informative
Brought a Cayenne in for a PPI - was able to get a last minute appointment. Got a thorough report back. Best of all was the patient and informative response to all of my questions from very friendly and knowledgeable people.

Problem Solved! Hooray!
Had an issue that my local Porsche dealer was unable to fix to my satisfaction. Heard great things about Olsen and decided to have them look into it and voila problem solved. Great job everyone at Olsen. Ed, Tim couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful.

Suspension Refresh
Ed and the guys who worked on my 996 GT3 did a great job. All my bushing rubber was dry rotted. They replaced all the control arms and engine mounts(which were leaking) and dynoed the KWs. The KWs are in good shape it turns out.

Next is the installation of the JRZ coilovers which got delayed. JRZ delivered the incorrect set. While we wait on JRZ to correct their mistake on the original order, Ed suggested putting the KWs back on and aligning it. When the JRZs come in he will install and realign. He handled JRZs mistake well.

The difference the refreshed bushings, engine mounts and control arms made to the handling is dramatic. The car is quieter, more composed and the shifting precision is improved. Night and day difference.

What a great experience. Thanks Olsen!

This has been my second time getting service done to my porshe vehicle. I am very satisfied and pleased with the work done on my car. olsen motor works has proven to be an outstanding service center and their work is priced well below the Porshe dealer cost saving me a great deal of money . Ed and nick are great to work with and give you an in depth understanding of work rendered.
