Horrible service and mechanic is horrible
First of all I determined problem was 1 of 2 items on my girlfriends Nissan rogue! I just did not have time to repair. The problem is the car is only blowing cold air in drivers side , no hot air! Passenger side works fine! So this so called shop and mechanic charge my girlfriend and tell her the problem was cabin air filter!! Seriously?? I guess they have special filters that only block hot air!! I confronted them and they tell me there is no code therefore it’s fixed!! Well idiots there are no codes for the hvac system.!! Apparently they can only fix your car if your car tells them what’s broken!! What a joke!! Well the problem is the blend door actuator from my troubleshooting and there too mechanic says it’s the filter!!! Then they tell me they will need it a few more days( they already had it for 2 daya)
WHATEVER YOU DO ! DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR CAR!! I doubt they know how to change a spark plug!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!! You will thank me!!
