Excellent service on a walk in
I had been to another mechanic who want able to fix my issue and were rude. On a wing and a prayer, I saw Dwain’s on Google and went. I arrived a few minutes before closing and they were more than friendly. Through the process, they talked to me about my car and its issues. They have earned themselves a customer for as long as I live in Edmond.

Best repairs
Been using Dwain’s for a few years, always honest and thorough about what needs fixed, and much cheaper that the dealer or fast food type repair shops. Has always fixed the problem same day without problems down the road.Absolutely the best in town.

Brakes
My brakes were grinding, so I took it to Dwayne’s, in short order and they had diagnosed the problem. Luckily they were able to fix it that day. They’re not always able to get to it the same day, but they always do the best. I’m always satisfied with their work.
If I have friends with car issues, I always recommend Dwains

I have used them the last few years and highly recommend them. I will say they may not be the cheapest but if you want the job done right you must pay to play. I find them very knowledgeable and personal.

Trust
Complicated transmission issue that the had to drill into and send more time than expected but they stayed with the original quote. Communication could have been better but trust is everything.

Oil change
My car needed an oil change, so I called Dwains as I always do. They were able to get me in fairly quickly. I was in and out in a reasonable time.
I will continue to use Dwains because they are honest, and competent.
These are two things that are getting harder to find.

Great business and awesome employees
Dwain’s has been a staple in Edmond for years and they do a great job with their service. We have had our van serviced through them several times and they always help us through the work that will be required to fix the van. The employees are always friendly and helpful!

Save my van
It’s cheaper to fix the care you have than to buy a new one. The folks at Dwain’s Automotive were thorough and respectful. I never feel like they are trying to up-sale me. My van needed a bunch of work and they got it done in a week. It drives like a new car, even though it has 198k miles on it. This time it was better and cheaper to maintain the car I have than to buy a new one.
