Good quality work
Just had my brakes replaced, and got an oil/filter change at the same time. Drop off was smooth, and confirmation of the work they needed was easy.

However, it was hard to get any communication when I came to retrieving my vehicle. I called around 1:45 for an update, and was told it would be ready in 30 min, so I went over. I was then told that was a mistake, so it would be around 3. Having not heard anything at 3:30 I called again and was told they were waiting for a part, but it would be done before close. At 4;45 I texted again and was told to be there by 5:15 to pick it up. I know that there weren’t many working at the time, but I feel like knowing when I would be able to pick it up, especially near closing time if they were actually going to be done.

Once again, I reiterate that I have no issue with the work or anything that was done, but more so with the communication about any delays.
