Could be more Purrfect
Purrfect has always done a good job. Experienced mechanics and service advisors all of them. I would say they need to work on communication. They told me the car was going to be done the next day. Then they told me 11AM the day after. We went by to pick up the car and it wasn’t done. It finally was done 2 1/2 days after I dropped it off at 5 PM. You can do the best job in the world mechanically but when this happens it’s frustrating. We had to drop off my daughter at work broth days and pick her up.
